My niece, Maria B. posted this on Facebook, and my sister Lois also reported it in an email:

"I hope if I ever get dementia I'll be as sweet and unintentionally hilarious as my grandmother.

Nurse: Do you need anything?
Grandma: Yes.
Nurse: What do you need?
Grandma: Another blanket.
Nurse: Are you cold?
Grandma: Yes.
Nurse: Is this a recent development?
Grandma: Yes.
Nurse: When did it start?

Grandma: In October"
